My Story
Throughout my personal life and corporate career, I have always been drawn to supporting people's growth and development and that has led me to founding Imagine Change Consulting, which, at its core is about helping people and businesses evolve into the best versions of themselves.
Over the 40 years of my corporate career, I've gained a wealth of knowledge in areas such as Leadership and Development, Transformation and Change, HR and Operations and specialise in Culture and Group Internal Audit, which has heavily influenced how we work here at Imagine Change Consulting. Throughout those years, I have worked across many senior leadership roles, having coached and mentored individuals spanning from young talent in apprentice and graduate schemes, up to board executives and new business owners in the UK and UAE. I also have board level experience, partnering with managing directors of large retail banks as an Audit Specialist.

My passion for people and their self-awareness and development eventually steered me towards coaching. Having studied at Henley Business School, I am now a Professional Qualified Executive Coach. As an Executive Coach, I strive to create an environment that allows my clients to explore their goals and aspirations in a considered and collaborative way, and I enjoy finding methods that provoke creative, purposeful and future-orientated thoughts. My core values as a coach are trust, authenticity and quality and ultimately wish to navigate clients into a deeper understanding of themselves, whilst maintaining a professional but empathetic nature. I hold the position of 'Ambassador for Financial Services' with the Institute of Directors (Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes region). Alongside this, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); the Institute of Directors (IOD); the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); and the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

​With a love for learning, my own personal development is ongoing. I make a considered effort to speak to my own coach, read books and partake in the latest webinars and lectures to ensure my knowledge is diverse and up to date. I believe continual work on the self keeps me at my best for myself and clients alike. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, in the gym and taking long countryside walks with my husband and german shepherd, Sable.​​​​​​

Matthew, Associate
Having spent 23 years working in the education sector, with 11 of those in Senior Leadership and Headship, Matthew has extensive experience managing teams of professionals and working alongside executive stakeholders. ​
Here, he saw first hand, how a culture designed with intent can bring about rapid change and extraordinary improvement with the full investment of employees.

With a passion for learning, he achieved his MSc in Learning and Teaching from Oxford University, gaining an in-depth understanding of how people learn and change their thought processes. Matthew later completed his MBA and holds a qualified practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching and is a Founding Partner of Willow Ethos.

Paul, Associate
Following an education in legal practice, Paul has worked across most aspects of people management in the private sector, with over 20 years in the financial sector with Lloyds Banking Group, working in strategic development and the delivery of operational excellence.

He is an accomplished Executive and Leadership coach, and an experienced small business mentor. Paul often researches, presents on and writes about behavioural science and values-driven work, focusing on organisational performance and culture.
He holds a qualified practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching, is a member the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is a Founding Partner of Willow Ethos.
